Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using YallaBay's platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the platform for personal, non-commercial transactional purposes only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the platform

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by YallaBay at any time.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

User Content

Our platform allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. You are responsible for the content you post, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting content, you grant us the right to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display, distribute, and otherwise disclose to third parties any such material according to your account settings.

You represent and warrant that:

The content is yours or you have the right to use it and grant us the rights mentioned above
The content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person or entity

Prohibited Uses

You may use our platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the platform:

In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors
To transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, or offensive
To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the platform
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, an employee, another user, or any other person or entity
To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the platform, or which may harm the Company or users of the platform or expose them to liability

Transactions

YallaBay serves as a platform for users to list and find items or services. We are not a party to any transaction between users. As a result:

We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items advertised
We do not guarantee the truth or accuracy of listings
We do not guarantee that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction

Users are responsible for ensuring the legality and safety of all transactions.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall YallaBay, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform
Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform
Any content obtained from the platform
Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
